This research is a trans-disciplinary and trans-national discussion platform in the Euroregion (Meuse - Rhine)  and aims at enhancing mobility and exchange of its constituent parts (Germany, Belgium, Netherlands and France). Through a number of events, conferences and forums discussing the realities of the region in public platforms to exchange ideas relating to crossing borders, specifically within this particular area. Through discussion and steering of positive and negative experiences, it aims at creating testimonies from every source to create a “confusion of tongues” with an unpredictable outcome.

This research is nothing but the unveiling of the potential of a cross border identity to enhance free mobility of “everything” not exclusively products and wealth. The notion of common space is both the end and the process of this project. The process, in which through involvement of official and non- official representatives, governmental and non-governmental associations are given the same opportunity for expression, and the end – aims at building a border free common entity.
