PerceptionAREA projects range in scale from site-specific projects exploring local issues, to city wide and regional programmes, up to international initiatives that investigate gloabl issues such as climate change. Budgets start at £20,000 and are available through a flexible fee strcuture, tailored specifically to each client and location. |

Growing Room >> A six month process consulting with over 120 local people over 5 boroughs surrounding the Hertford Road captured a sense of the value local people placed on their open green spaces and parks and informed the Highways department on future decisions including developing a new Neighbourhood Park and open green space. |

South Oxhey Book >> 800 copies of the book featuring voices from local people, the majority of whom did not use the existing library facility, were distributed around houses on the South Oxhey Ward. The books contents went on to inform the new development of the library which now acts as a diverse community centre with a variety of services. |
| Stevenage Town Centre Gardens >> A three phase process to develop the historic gardens, resuled in £2 million match funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund to develop the gardens, an Audience Development Plan and Friends Group. This new approach to master planning through the creation of place making teams positively built on local issues of use and ownership. |

Underneath the Arches >> A wide ranging consultation which focused on environmental issues surrounding this major traffic interchange, and the history of the site resulted in a film which gives an interesting insight into the general publics' understanding of professional jargon around environmental issues. |
| Clarence Park >> Over 100 people from the different areas of the 19 heactare park were conulted with, which resulted in a 20 minute film to inform the Parks management plan. The film gives a subtle insight into the challenges of developing both an established and traditional facility for the diverse constituent in the 21st century. |
